1. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all European countries. Although some of our brands, we only ship to specific countries. You’ll see which products we can ship to your country as soon as you have registered and logged in with your shipping country.
If your country is not listed on our registration form and you’re living in Europe, please contact us anyways and we will see what we can do for you.
2. I am not in an EU country, can I order anyway?
If you are located in Europe, we can ship to you. Your order will be handled as a VAT-free Export. However, please note that you will have to pay an import tax, import duty and your country’s VAT directly upon import, in addition to our invoice amount.
3. Which shipping services do you use?
For orders to Europe we use courier services. Please provide us with a shipping address where someone can receive your package personally. We also always need your phone number to be able to contact you for shipping inquiries.
4. Can I have my package shipped to a Pack Station?
Yes, our courier services can usually deliver to Pack Stations that are attended with people. Deliveries to automated Pack Stations are not possible.
5. What are the shipping costs?
We deliver free of charge from 10kg+ to almost all European countries, with some exceptions where shipping is more expensive. please refer to the list below for shipping costs to your country.
6. How long does it take until I receive my package?
After the payment is verified, products in stock will be sent on the same day on workdays if we receive it before 11.00 AM (CET). Delivery is within 1-5 workdays for most EU countries.

8. How can I check where my order is?
After we have sent your package out of our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking link(s) so you can always check where your package is.
9. I want to return my order, how does it work?
Please check out our Return Policy. But PLEASE do not order the whole collection just to choose the color or style you like. We believe in sustainable business and do not want to generate any more truck shippings than necessary!
