1. REGISTRATION CONSUMER (RETAIL)

How do I register and open an account?
Please register here. Fill out the details about yourself and you’re ready to go! You will be sent a welcome email after successfully registering with us.

I have forgotten my password - what should I do?
The quickest way to retrieve your password is online. Simply click on the Forgot your password? Link and enter your email address. We will send you a link to reset your password.

Do I need to open an account to place an order online?
Yes, to place an order, you have to be a registered client with us. Checkout as guest is not supported.

I have a query regarding my order and/or account. Who should I speak to?

2. REGISTRATION WHOLESALE

How can I become a wholesale client?
Fill out the registration form with your company name and VAT number (if available) and choose “Wholesale” account. We will check your info and if everything is ok, approve you as a wholesale client. You will receive a confirmation email, that your account is activated. Please note that you will see wholesale prices once you’ve put the minimum order quantity per category in your shopping cart.

What is an inner-EU VAT number and why do I need to provide one?
If you are in the EU and have a VAT number, make sure it is activated for inner-EU shipments. If you can provide us your VAT number we can issue you a VAT-free invoice.

What are wholesaler conditions and minimum quantity?
We are happy to give you all information directly. Please contact us.

I am not in a EU-country, can I order anyway?
Yes, you can. If you are located in Europe, we can ship to you. Your order will be handled as VAT-free Export. But please note that you will have to pay import tax and your countries’ VAT directly upon import into your country in addition to our invoice amount.

What currencies can I pay in?
All prices and payments are in Euro.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Bank Wiring (advance payment).

Gift Certificates

How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?
You can redeem a Gift Certificate in the Shopping Cart (not at checkout). Below the list of ordered in the shopping cart you’ll find an input field “Gift certificate or promo code”. Please enter your Gift Certificate Code there and click on the gray arrow. The amount of the Gift Certificate will then be deducted from the total amount of your order.

Promotion Codes

How do I apply a Promo Code?
You can enter your Promotion Code in the Shopping Cart (not at checkout). Below the list of ordered in the shopping cart you’ll find an input field “Gift certificate or promo code”. The Promotion will then be applied to your order.
